Progress

Today I learned how to add loops arrays and switch to my game. I added the codes to my psudocode so when I do start to make edits to my game, I know what to add and where to add it. I also learned that these types of codes are way simpler to cut down extremely large amounts of code.

Progress

For the first few days of starting up this project, I been planning out what types of codes that I want to use to continue from my last game. I decided that I want to add a story that I started to write that may be revised throughout the project. I already have my enum gamestates planned, I just need to find how I want to lay out the gamestates in the actual game. Soon me and my partner will work on artwork for the game since artwork was wasn’t really focused on the make the game polished. Tomorrow I will continue planning out what code I want to use for the mechanisms for the game then I need to attend workshops to understand new types of code like loops and arrays.

CSTA Video Project

For my game design I would want to continue from my previous game that a created. All I have in my game is a title screen that needs work and a first level. With the new lessons I will soon learn in my video game design class, I can add these new lessons to improve and add on more to my game to make it more complete.
